My paper "What is the Role of Legal Systems in Financial Intermedation? Theory and Evidence" (joint with Laura Bottazzi and Thomas Hellmann) has been accepted for publication in the Journal of Financial Intermediation.

My paper "Who are the Active Investors? Evidence from Venture Capital" (joint with Laura Bottazzi and Thomas Hellmann) is now published in the Journal of Financial Economics, vol.89, n.3, pp 488-512, September 2008.

My paper "The Role of Trust for Investment: Evidence from Venture Capital" (joint with Laura Bottazzi and Thomas Hellmann) won the NASDAQ Award for the best paper on capital formation presented at the 2006 meetings of the Western Finance Association.
